• Download and Fill Out the Application Form:
Visit the designated website or system to download the FA application form corresponding to the product, and select the correct form based on your needs.
• Complete Mandatory Fields:
Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory. Please ensure all required fields are filled out completely to avoid processing delays.
• Submit the Form:
After completing the form, return it to the designated contact person or email address.
2. How Long Does FA Analysis Take?
• General Timeframe:
FA analysis typically takes 5–15 business days after the receipt of the sample.
• Specific Duration:
The actual time required depends on the complexity of the issue and the condition of the sample.
3. What Does an FA Report Include?
An FA report generally consists of the following sections:
• Problem Description:
A summary of the failure and background information.
• Test Results:
Detailed documentation of the testing process and data.
• Root Cause Analysis:

4. Which Products Are Eligible for FA?
• Products Within Warranty:
