Innodisk M.2 (P30) 4TE2 is a NVM Express DRAM-less SSD designed with PCIe interface and industrial 3D TLC NAND Flash. M.2 (P30) 4TE2 supports PCIe Gen 4 x4 and it is compliant with NVMe 1.4 providing excellent top and also sustained performance. Equipped with Error Correction Code (ECC) technology, it provides comprehensive End-to-End Data Path Protection (ETEP), ensuring secure data transmission between the host system and NAND Flash. It offers an ideal solution for embedded, automotive, medical, gaming and most industrial applications.
Innodisk M.2 (P30) 4TE2 is designed with AES engine, which is a built in controller. When controller receives the data package from host, AES engine encrypts the data package and saves the encrypted data into NAND Flash. Thus, unauthorized personal has no access to decrypt the data in NAND Flash.
AES 256-bit DATA ENCRYPTION & TCG Opal 2.0 SUPPORT
Innodisk SSDs utilize AES 256-bit encryption, the US government’s standard for securing confidential data, while also supporting TCG Opal 2.0 for enhanced device management and user-friendly authentication.

iData Guard – DATA PROTECTION TECHNOLOGY
iData Guard enables the immediate sending of a command in the event of a sudden power failure, interrupting read and write commands from the system and ensuring that the last command can be completed. This preserves data integrity on the SSD, protecting data security.

iPower Guard – POWER PROTECTION TECHNOLOGY
iPower Guard is a proactive protection mechanism designed for environments with unstable power supplies. It provides further protection for SSDs during both startup and shutdown, preventing system performance issues caused by power instability.
