Innodisk CFast 3IE4 is iSLC series which is designed to outdo the endurance, performance and reliability of MLC-based solutions. Through the use of Flash management algorithms, iSLC improves SSD endurance up to 20,000 times, increasing lifespans up to 7 times longer than MLC-based solutions. In addition, iSLC improves the performance of solid state drives, with similar write performance of SLC-based solutions. The Innodisk iSLC series is cost efficient, boasting excellent benefits at only half the price of SLC-based solutions.
Innodisk CFast 3IE4 is characterized by L³ architecture with the latest SATA III (6.0GHz) Marvell NAND controller. Innodisk’s exclusive L³ architecture is L² architecture multiplied LDPC (Low Density Parity Check). L² (Long Life) architecture is a 4K mapping algorithm that reduces WAF and features a real-time wear leveling algorithm to provide high performance and prolong lifespan with exceptional reliability.
Innodisk CFast 3IE4 is designed for industrial field, and supports several standard features, including TRIM, NCQ, and S.M.A.R.T. In addition, Innodisk’s exclusive industrial-oriented firmware provides a flexible customization service, making it perfect for a variety of industrial applications.
Garbage Collection and TRIM Technologies – OPTIMIZING SSD PERFORMANCE
Garbage Collection is a process where data that is still in use is copied to a new block, and the old block is then cleared of all data. With TRIM technology, the number of operations required for Garbage Collection is minimized, reducing unnecessary wear on the SSD and enhancing its longevity.

Wear Leveling Technology – EXTENDING PRODUCT LIFESPAN
Innodisk adopts innovative wear leveling technology to revolutionize SSD storage methods, thereby improving its lifespan. By applying this technology to both dynamic and static storage blocks, it eliminates the traditional concepts of hot zones and cold zones, achieving full-area wear balance and optimizing the use of every flash memory block.
