Innodisk M.2 (P42) 3IE8 is a NVM Express DRAM-less SSD designed with PCIe interface and industrial 3D TLC NAND Flash. M.2 (P42) 3IE8 supports PCIe Gen 3 x4 and it is compliant with NVMe 1.4, providing excellent top and also sustained performance. Equipped with Error Correction Code (ECC) technology, it provides comprehensive End-to-End Data Path Protection (ETEP), ensuring secure data transmission between the host system and NAND Flash.
Innodisk M.2 (P42) 3IE8 is designed with AES engine, which is a built-in controller. When controller receives the data package from host, AES engine encrypts the data package and saves the encrypted data into NAND Flash. Thus, unauthorized personal has no access to decrypt the data in NAND Flash.

The M.2 (P42) 3IE8, featuring BiCS5 112-layer 3D TLC NAND Flash and Innodisk's exclusive Ultra iSLC Technology, achieves an industry-leading 100K P/E cycle. This advancement extends the device lifespan by 33 times compared to conventional 3D TLC NAND Flash.

ENSURING STABILITY IN EXTREME ENVIRONMENTS
The M.2 (P42) 3IE8 supports a wide temperature range from -40°C to 85°C and incorporates a Dynamic Thermal Throttling mechanism for real-time SSD monitoring. When the temperature reaches a critical threshold, it automatically issues commands to smoothly reduce read and write speeds, maintaining operational stability.

AES 256-bit DATA ENCRYPTION & TCG Opal 2.0 SUPPORT
Innodisk SSDs utilize AES 256-bit encryption, the US government’s standard for securing confidential data, while also supporting TCG Opal 2.0 for enhanced device management and user-friendly authentication.

iData Guard – DATA PROTECTION TECHNOLOGY
iData Guard enables the immediate sending of a command in the event of a sudden power failure, interrupting read and write commands from the system and ensuring that the last command can be completed. This preserves data integrity on the SSD, protecting data security.

iPower Guard – POWER PROTECTION TECHNOLOGY
iPower Guard is a proactive protection mechanism designed for environments with unstable power supplies. It provides further protection for SSDs during both startup and shutdown, preventing system performance issues caused by power instability.
