Innodisk SATA Slim 3ME3 is a SATA III 6.0Gb/s Flash-based disk, which is designed with a standard SATA interface (7 + 15 SATA connector). With its smaller dimension, SATA Slim 3ME3 is an alternative solution of 2.5” SSD for that embedded system that may have mechanical and space concerns.
Innodisk SATA Slim 3ME3 operates under a SATA III (6.0Gb/s) interface with excellent performance and reliability, making it the ideal solution for a variety of applications, including embedded systems and industrial fields.
iData Guard – DATA PROTECTION TECHNOLOGY
iData Guard enables the immediate sending of a command in the event of a sudden power failure, interrupting read and write commands from the system and ensuring that the last command can be completed. This preserves data integrity on the SSD, protecting data security.
Garbage Collection and TRIM Technologies – OPTIMIZING SSD PERFORMANCE
Garbage Collection is a process where data that is still in use is copied to a new block, and the old block is then cleared of all data. With TRIM technology, the number of operations required for Garbage Collection is minimized, reducing unnecessary wear on the SSD and enhancing its longevity.
