The EMPL-21S2 is a single isolated 2.5GbE LAN port module designed to meet demanding industrial network requirements. It features comprehensive protection with 2kV surge protection (EN61000-4-5), 2kV HiPOT protection (IEC 60950-1 : 2005 + A1 : 2009 + A2 : 2013), and ESD protection (EN61000-4-2), offering 15kV air and 8kV contact resistance. The module is designed with flexibility in mind, incorporating a daughter board with cable that fits into different system configurations. It also supports an optional terminal mounting hole or bracket for enhanced installation flexibility. With an industrial temperature range of -40°C to 85°C and a 30μ” golden finger, the EMPL-21S2 is built for harsh environments. It is backed by a 3-year warranty and manufactured in Taiwan by Innodisk, providing a reliable, high-performance networking solution.
