CKD FOR ENHANCED SIGNAL INTEGRITY UNDER HIGHER FREQUENCY
With the new CKD (Client Clock Driver) component, the DDR5 6400 module can buffer and align the clock signal with each data unit, which is essential for maintaining signal integrity during high-frequency data transmission.

PREVENTS VOLTAGE FLUCTUATION WITH TVS DIODE
By absorbing the overcurrent generated by abnormal overvoltage and discharging it to the ground, the Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diode can prevent DRAM components from accidental spikes, such as electrostatic and power fluctuations, and provide overvoltage and ESD protection for the DRAM module.
