The EGP2-X401 is a PCIe 2.0-compliant serial module supporting RS-232 / 422 / 485 modes, configurable via software. It offers data rates up to 3 Mbps (RS-232 up to 921.6 Kbps) with 16C550 compatibility and 256-byte FIFOs. Equipped with DIP-switch-enabled termination resistors and a DB9 connector, it ensures versatile operation.
Designed for industrial use, it supports -40°C to 85°C, complies with EN61000-4-2 ESD protection (15kV Air, 8kV Contact), and includes a 30µ” golden finger with a 3-year warranty.
